1. Acceptance of Payment Terms

By purchasing YoHu Emulator or any subscription through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Payment Terms & Conditions. These terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Payment Processing

2.1 Third-Party Payment Processor

All purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store payment system. We do not directly process, store, or have access to your payment information including credit card details, billing addresses, or other financial data.

2.2 Apple's Payment Terms

Your purchase is subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. By purchasing through the App Store, you agree to comply with Apple's payment policies and procedures. Apple is solely responsible for processing all transactions and handling payment-related disputes.

2.3 Transaction Verification

We verify purchases through Apple's receipt validation system to unlock premium features. Your subscription status is automatically synchronized with Apple's servers.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

3.1 Available Subscription Options

YoHu Emulator offers multiple subscription tiers and purchase options to suit different user preferences. Subscription plans may include recurring monthly billing, annual billing with discounted rates, and one-time lifetime purchase options.

3.2 Pricing and Currency

Subscription prices are set by Apple and displayed in your local currency based on your App Store region. Prices may vary by country due to local taxes, exchange rates, and App Store pricing policies. The exact price will be shown in the App Store before you complete your purchase.

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period; new pricing will apply upon your next renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3.4 Taxes and Fees

All applicable taxes, including but not limited to sales tax, VAT, GST, and other local taxes, are calculated and collected by Apple at the time of purchase. The displayed price in the App Store includes all applicable taxes.

4. Billing and Automatic Renewal

4.1 Automatic Renewal

Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You will be charged through your App Store account within 24 hours prior to the end of your current subscription period.

4.2 Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription and disable automatic renewal at any time through your device settings:

  • Open the Settings app on your iOS device
  • Tap your Apple ID at the top
  • Select Subscriptions
  • Choose YoHu Emulator
  • Select Cancel Subscription or modify your plan

4.3 Billing Date

Your billing date is determined by the date you initially subscribed. For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed on the same day each month. For annual subscriptions, you will be billed on the anniversary of your subscription start date.

4.4 Failed Payments

If your payment method fails, Apple will attempt to process the payment multiple times over several days. During this grace period, you may continue to access premium features. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription will be cancelled and access to premium features will be revoked.

5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

5.1 Free Trial Eligibility

We may offer free trials to new subscribers. Free trials are limited to one per user and are only available to users who have not previously subscribed to YoHu Emulator. We reserve the right to determine free trial eligibility.

5.2 Free Trial Duration

The duration of free trials will be clearly displayed in the App Store at the time of sign-up. Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the standard rate.

5.3 Promotional Pricing

We may occasionally offer promotional pricing or discounts. Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Promotional pricing typically applies only to the first billing period unless otherwise specified.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 No Direct Refunds

IMPORTANT: We do not process refunds directly. All purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. We have no control over Apple's refund decisions.

6.2 Requesting a Refund from Apple

To request a refund for your purchase:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your YoHu Emulator purchase
  4. Click "Report a Problem" and follow Apple's instructions

Alternatively, you can contact Apple Support directly through their support channels.

6.3 Refund Eligibility

Refund decisions are made solely by Apple based on their policies. Common reasons Apple may approve refunds include:

  • Accidental purchase
  • Technical issues preventing app functionality
  • Purchase made by a minor without parental consent
  • Unauthorized transaction

Apple typically does not provide refunds if you simply changed your mind or are not satisfied with the app.

6.4 Effect of Refunds

If Apple approves your refund, your subscription will be immediately cancelled and access to premium features will be revoked. We are automatically notified of refunded transactions and will disable premium features accordingly.

7. Subscription Modifications

7.1 Upgrading Subscriptions

You can upgrade from a monthly to an annual subscription at any time through your device settings. When upgrading, you will receive a prorated credit for your remaining monthly subscription time, which will be applied to your annual subscription cost.

7.2 Downgrading Subscriptions

You can change from an annual to a monthly subscription at any time. However, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your annual subscription. The change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7.3 Switching to Lifetime Purchase

You can upgrade to a lifetime purchase at any time. The lifetime purchase is a separate, one-time payment and does not provide credit for your existing subscription. We recommend cancelling your subscription before purchasing the lifetime option to avoid duplicate charges.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS device settings as described in Section 4.2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

8.2 Access After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your account will revert to the free version with limited functionality. Your game saves and settings will be preserved.

8.3 No Partial Refunds

Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period. You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling before the next billing cycle if you wish to avoid charges.

8.4 Reactivation

You may reactivate your subscription at any time by subscribing again through the App Store. Promotional pricing or free trial offers may not be available upon reactivation.

9. Premium Features and Access

9.1 Included Features

Your subscription unlocks access to premium features designed to enhance your gaming experience. Premium features may include but are not limited to: advanced save state management, gameplay speed controls, cheat code support, external controller compatibility, customization options, enhanced emulation settings, ad-free experience, and priority customer support.

9.2 Feature Modifications

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features from our premium subscription at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain or improve the value proposition of our subscriptions. Significant removals of features will be communicated to subscribers in advance.

9.3 Service Availability

YoHu Emulator operates primarily offline and does not require an internet connection for core functionality. However, subscription verification, updates, and certain features may require periodic internet connectivity.

10. User Obligations

10.1 Legal Game Ownership

Subscription to YoHu Emulator does not grant you any rights to game content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you legally own or have the right to use any game ROMs loaded into the emulator. We do not provide, host, or distribute any copyrighted game files.

10.2 Single User License

Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your subscription with others, and each user must maintain their own valid subscription. Family Sharing is not supported. Each individual user must purchase their own subscription to access premium features.

10.3 Prohibited Activities

Subscribers must not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent subscription verification systems
  • Share account credentials or subscription access with unauthorized users
  • Use the app for any illegal purposes, including software piracy
  • Distribute or commercialize game ROMs through our platform
  • Abuse customer support or refund systems

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Right to Suspend

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to premium features if we detect:

  • Fraudulent payment activity
  • Subscription sharing or unauthorized access
  • Violation of these Payment Terms or our Terms of Service
  • Abuse of refund policies or customer support
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

11.2 No Refund Upon Termination

If we terminate your subscription due to violation of these terms, you will not be entitled to any refund for the remaining subscription period. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations for charges already incurred.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations

12.1 No Guarantee of Compatibility

While we strive for broad compatibility, we do not guarantee that all game ROMs will function perfectly with our emulator. Emulation accuracy may vary based on the game, your device model, and iOS version. Subscription purchases are non-refundable based on individual game compatibility issues.

12.2 Service Interruptions

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Subscription verification may be temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, Apple's services, or other factors beyond our control. Brief service interruptions do not entitle you to refunds or subscription credits.

12.3 Future Availability

We cannot guarantee that YoHu Emulator will remain available on the App Store indefinitely. Apple may change their policies regarding emulators at any time. While lifetime purchases grant access "for life," this is contingent on the app remaining available on the App Store and supported by our company.

13. Data and Privacy

13.1 Purchase Data

We receive limited purchase data from Apple, including transaction receipts and subscription status, but never your complete payment information. This data is used solely for subscription verification and customer support purposes.

13.2 Local Storage

Your game ROMs, save states, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your game files and do not upload them to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.

14. Geographic Restrictions

14.1 Regional Availability

YoHu Emulator may not be available in all countries or regions. Availability is subject to Apple's App Store policies and local regulations. We reserve the right to restrict access to certain regions at any time.

14.2 Regional Pricing

Subscription prices vary by country and are set in local currencies. We do not control regional pricing differences, which are determined by Apple based on exchange rates, local taxes, and market conditions.

15. Changes to Payment Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

17. Legal and Compliance

17.1 Governing Law

These Payment Terms are governed by the same laws as our Terms of Service and Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with those governing laws.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Payment Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By subscribing to or purchasing YoHu Emulator, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Payment Terms & Conditions
  • You agree to be bound by these terms and our Terms of Service
  • You understand that all transactions are processed by Apple, not by us
  • You understand that refunds are handled exclusively by Apple
  • You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling if desired
  • You must legally own any game ROMs used with our emulator
  • Subscription prices may change with advance notice
  • Premium features may be modified or updated over time
