  • App Settings: Your emulator preferences, controller configurations, and display settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

  • Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics including app launches, feature usage frequency, session duration, and general app interactions.
  • Crash Reports: We collect crash logs and error reports through Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix technical issues.
  • Device Information: iOS version, device model, device language, app version, and screen resolution for compatibility and support purposes.
  • Performance Data: Anonymous performance metrics such as frame rates, load times, and emulation performance to improve app quality.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do NOT collect, store, or have access to your game files (ROMs)
  • We do NOT collect your save states or gameplay data
  • We do NOT track your exact location or GPS coordinates
  • We do NOT collect your payment information (handled exclusively by Apple)
  • We do NOT collect personally identifiable information without your consent

3. How We Use Your Information

4.4 Legal Requirements

6. Data Retention

  • Analytics Data: Retained for up to 14 months (Firebase default)
  • Crash Reports: Retained for up to 90 days
  • Support Communications: Retained for up to 2 years
  • Subscription Data: Retained as long as you have an active subscription, plus 1 year

6.3 Data Deletion

When you delete the app from your device, all locally stored data (settings, game files, save states) is permanently deleted. To request deletion of data stored by our service providers, contact us at support@yohuapp.top.

You can limit ad tracking on your iOS device by going to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and toggling off "Allow Apps to Request to Track". This will reduce the amount of data collected by analytics services.

YoHu Emulator is rated for users 4+ on the App Store. While the app is suitable for all ages, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

9.2 Parental Controls

Parents and guardians should monitor their children's app usage and ensure appropriate content is accessed. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

10. International Data Transfers
